Given the personalized, strategic, and intangible nature of our services—and the immediate allocation of resources—all sales are final.
 

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after payment

• Non-usage or delay from the client’s end

• Perceived lack of value once services/products are delivered

• Partial use of any service or package

Every project is handled with a unique approach, and significant time, talent, and strategy are invested from day one. Hence, refunds are strictly not applicable for any completed or in-progress work.
 

3. Cancellation Policy

Due to the consultative and progressive nature of our services:

• No cancellations are permitted once a payment has been made and the project has been initiated or access to digital products/tools has been granted.

• In rare cases, if a cancellation is requested before project kickoff (i.e., before resource allocation), it will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any approval is at the sole discretion of Consult Tech Media Pvt Ltd.

All digital products (including databases, templates, tools, and exclusive resources) are considered non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
